This home needed a bit of love and attention when we first purchased it, but it was well worth it. The cosmetic renovation included new flooring throughout, a new internal and external colour scheme and new window furnishings.

This ugly duckling required a lot of attention when we first purchased it. 

 

The renovation included new flooring, painting internally and externally, new light fittings, new laundry, carport removed, sleepout removed, rotten deck removed, windows re-puttied, and the list goes on! 

 

We also had the added challenge of renovating over winter.... brrr!
