Founded in 2007, CG Property Investors have grown significantly over the past decade into what we are today.  We aim to create residential developments with the end user in mind; well thought out use of space, light, and products that will stand the test of time. 

Our commitment is that our developments will enhance the communities that we live in, not create concrete jungles like other developers.  For this reason, we put significantly more green-life into our developments than what is required by council, and will not produce a property that we wouldn't be prepared to live in ourselves.
